Steve brings almost 30 years of industry experience to Custom Food Service. He was raised on a family farm co-op which provided his base knowledge and understanding of food quality and storage. Steve is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. He moved to Glendale, AZ in 1978. In 1979 he started as the store room manager for Sky Chefs, Inc. These initial strong hands on experiences at a family farm and an international airport foodservice operation provided him the stills to developed into a Food Service Professional. Steve has held various high level and management positions for other highly regarded Foodservice companies. He has strong experience in almost all aspects of full line foodservice distribution from fresh meats, produce, groceries, disposables to chemical/janitorial supplies. We are very happy to have Steve's knowledge, leadership and work ethic at Custom Food Service.
