Dominick Perzi brings to CFS over 30 years of collective experience in the restaurant and foodservice industries.
From owning his own pizzeria restaurant in New York at only twenty years of age, to FOH and BOH management positions, Dominick has truly done it all. As a trained Chef with a Culinary Arts Degree from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, he offers his clients a unique perspective through his passion for both kitchen and cuisine. His motto of “Service Exceeding Expectations” has consistently led to long term client relationships and top notch customer service.
